I just wanted to take the time to thank you all for the excellent customer service I receive on a daily basis from the entirety of ProFloors. Linsey, Casey, Kevon, Shyleen (and more I am sure missing) always assisting with date changes and cancellations, as well as Brianna & Alma always getting me cost sheets in a timely manner. And especially Ashley for always handling my special requests and squeezing us in last minute. I know we are always in good hands. You all are always happy to help and I never once have heard a complaint from anybody on the ProFloors side no matter how crazy our needs may be. I wish some of my other vendors would take the same care as you all do and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.

Thank you so much for our new floor. The floor looks like a beach house on Nantucket. I just wanted to thank you too for your professional concern to the recent floor dimpling problem which arose a month later. Rick, your people are the best I’ve seen in the industry both from an install and follow up customer service stand point. They also were concerned about me personally and the cleanliness during and after the project. Both at my home and every day in our relationship through business ties.
