Flooring Installation

Partnering with the Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisors to find ways to help them with their needs is one of the key principles of ProFloors. We have set up ProFloors to not just meet their needs but make their jobs easier with services like extended hours, same day installations, weekend installations, helping residents with occupied units and 24/7 on line ordering.

Our hours of operations are centered around the needs of property managers: Monday-Friday from 7am-6pm and Saturday 9am-5pm. We even offer same-day and next-day services if needed.

Our Lifetime Installation warranty on all our carpet installations include re-stretches, re-seams and replacing metals all at no cost to you. The savings on future repairs will be huge. The cost for each repair runs from $90.00 - $200.00 but as a valuable customer you get to enjoy a worry-free installation!

When you use ProFloors for your Zeus vinyl installations we will warranty (patch replacement) for 3 years for rips, tears, gauges and even discoloration. Vinyl seams are warranted for the life of the vinyl. We will replace the affected area with just one phone call and all at no cost to you.

Our Customer Service team includes in-office Customer Service reps as well as dedicated Case Management reps for the installers to call for immediate service. We also have field inspectors checking for quality control issues.

PET ODORS

Pro Floors exclusive Enzyme Treatment service will help eliminate pet odors in the subfloor. Our installers will first pull all of the old carpet and pad, remove the tack strips. Then the installer will sweep away any dirt and debris from the floor before applying the Enzyme Treatment. This process removes the source of the odor by killing the bacteria caused by the pet urine and counteracts any lingering odors present in the floor

The best part is we can apply the Enzyme Treatment and install your new carpet and pad all in the same day! This process requires that the carpet and pad be replaced in the apartment home.
